摘要
习近平文化思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是新时代建设文化强国的思想指南.这一思想是在马克思主义的指导下,基于对中华文化和世界文化的情感认同,继承中国共产党人重视文化建设的优良传统,深刻把握现实情况的基础上形成的,对当前我国社会主义文化建设以及习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的丰富和发展具有重要意义.习近平文化思想提出了 一系列重要理论主张,对中华民族现代文明建设中"根脉"与"魂脉"的关系进行梳理,提出"第二个结合"的重大论断,将文化建设上升到制度层面,坚持党性和人民性相统一的原则,提出了全球文明倡议,等等.习近平文化思想中国特色社会主义文化建设提供了行动指南,为世界文明发展提供了中国智慧.
Abstract
Xi Jinping's cultural thought is an influential part of Xi Jinping's thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and is the ideological guide for building a strong cultural country in the new era.It was formed under the guidance of Marxist theory,based on the emotional recognition of Chinese culture and the world's culture,inheriting the fine tradition of the Chinese Communists in attaching importance to cultural construction,and profoundly grasping the realities of the situation,and is of great significance to the current socialist cultural construction in China as well as the enrichment and development of Xi Jinping's thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era.Xi Jinping's cultural thought has been continuously innovating,putting forward a series of critical theoretical propositions,sorting out the relationship between the"root"and"soul"in the construction of the modern civilization of the Chinese nation,and putting forward the"second combination",raising the construction of culture to the level of a system,adhering to the principle of the unity of party nature and the people's nature,and proposing the global civilization initiative and so on,which provides a guide to the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and provides Chinese wisdom for the development of world civilization.
