摘要
中国共产党在开展思想政治教育的过程中始终坚持抓住青年干部这个"关键少数",将培育青年干部作为一项重大的基础性工作推进.青年干部思想政治教育的对象兼具青年和干部的双重性质,事关党的干部队伍后继有人和党在各阶段的事业发展.百年来,党立足不同历史时期实际,对青年干部进行了卓有成效的思想政治教育,为党和国家的建设事业凝聚了青春力量.今后的青年干部思想政治教育仍要坚持思想政治工作的"生命线"地位不动摇,坚持方式方法的多样性和丰富性,高度重视教育机构及教育工作者队伍建设,推进青年干部教育科学化、规范化、制度化,不断提升青年干部思想政治教育的实效性.
Abstract
The training of young cadres is a major fundamental task in the process of ideological and political education.The goals of ideological and political education for young cadres include characteristics of youth and cadres that are relevant to the succession of the Party leadership team and the development of the Party's career at all stages.Over the past hundred years,the Party has carried out effective ideological and political education for its young cadres in accordance with the actual situation in different historical periods,and gathered youthful strength for the Party and the country.In the future,the ideological and political education of young cadres will continue to adhere to the unshakeable position of ideological and political work as the mainstay of the Party's ideological and political education,adhere to the approach of diversity and richness,attach great importance to the building of educational institutions and the team of educators,and push forward the scientific,standardized and institutionalized education of young cadres,in order to continuously enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of young cadres.
