摘要
发展新质生产力背景下,媒体融合对传媒人才提出更高要求.传媒院校要抓住新质生产力"高科技、高效能、高质量"的特征,以创新融合为突破口,建立科学合理的传媒人才培养体系,强化传媒教育的实践性,实现传媒院校与传媒企业深度合作,提高传媒人才的培养质量,为传媒业的高质量发展不断注入新的活力和动力.
Abstract
In the current context of new quality productivity,media consolidation is placing higher demands on media talent.Media colleges and universities must seize the characteristics of new productive forces of"high-tech,high-efficiency,and high-quality",take innovation and integration as a breakthrough,establish a scientific and reasonable media talent training system,strengthen the practicality of media education,and realize in-depth cooperation between media colleges and media enterprises to improve the quality of training media talents and continuously inject new vitality and impetus into the high-quality development of the media industry.
