The Path and Practice Logic of Market Participation in Community Pension
Fully liberalize the old-age market,encourage pension enterprises to enter the community to set up chain care institutions,promote the diversification of community pension service supply,and help to improve the level of community care services.However,the question of how the market enters the community,what form of old-age care institutions to set up,and how to carry out old-age services has not yet been resolved.Market participants involved in community pension,must first straighten out the relationship between the market and the government,community and society.The market has a profit-seeking feature,while community pensions show a welfare and fairness.How to improve the level of community care services while taking into account the sustainable development of the old-age care institutions is a problem that must be solved in the market participation in community pension.This paper constructs the path of market participation in community pension service from the perspective of rationalizing the relationship between the various pensions in the community,and discusses the specific patterns and practical logic of market participation in community pension in combination with specific practical cases.
