"民营经济31条"背景下大型民营房地产企业困境治理的对策与建议

作为国民经济支柱、人民财富的重要组成部分,房地产行业的健康发展至关重要.在百年未有之大变局中,我国大型民营房地产企业的风险事件频发,面临负增长困境.基于对金融体系、购房者、供应商及房地产产业链的分析,以2023年上半年若干大型民营房地产企业为例,在其经营困境的影响面、流动性和差异性上追根溯源,结合国务院"民营经济31条"的颁布实施,提出大型民营房地产企业负增长困境治理和高质量发展的对策与建议.
Countermeasures and Suggestions for Managing the Dilemmas of Large Private Real Estate Enterprises under the Background of"31 Measures for Private Economy"
As a pillar of the national economy and an important component of people's wealth,the healthy development of the real estate industry is fundamentally significant.In the unprecedented great centenary changes,large private real estate enterprises in China are facing frequent risks and negative growth difficulties.Based on the analysis of the financial system,home-buyers,suppliers,and the real estate industry chain,taking several large private real estate enterprises in the first half of 2023 as an example,tracing the impact,liquidity,and differences of their business difficulties,combined with the implementation of the"31 Measures for the Private Economy"issued by the State Council,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the governance of negative growth difficulties and high-quality development of large private real estate enterprises.
