Research on Organic Renewal Strategies for Green Transformation of Old Residential Areas under the Dual Carbon Target——Taking Guangzhou as an example
Green renovation of old residential areas,as an important way to achieve urban low-carbon,is of great significance for China to achieve the"dual carbon"goals and high-quality development.With the acceleration of urbanization,there are practical problems such as high energy consumption and excessive carbon emissions in old residential areas.Green renovation of old residential areas has become a key focus of government attention when carrying out urban renewal.On the basis of summarizing the current situation of green renovation of old residential areas in Guangzhou and relevant practical experience at home and abroad,following the concept of organic renewal,strategic suggestions for green renovation of old residential areas are proposed from the aspects of top-level design,cultural construction,ecological construction,green renovation of buildings,new technologies and energy,and cost economy.
