Strategies for Local Governments to Enhance the Governance of the Street-Vending Economy under the Perspective of Digital Governance
The healthy and sustainable development of urban street-vending economy requires local governments to update their governance concepts and improve their governance capacity with digital governance thinking.The policy deficiencies of local governments in the process of urban street-vending economy governance are manifested in the following ways:they have not yet constructed the informatization management platform of street-vending economy,neglected the skill training of street-vending economy practitioners,neglected the supervision and management of the transaction process of street-vending economy,and neglected the orderly guidance of the business mode of street-vending economy.For this reason,local governments in the governance of urban street-vending economy under the perspective of digital governance should use big data technology to establish an informatization management platform for the street-vending economy,increase the skills training for street-vending economy practitioners,strengthen the supervision and management of the street-vending economy transaction process,and pay attention to the orderly guidance of the street-vending economy business mode,so as to continuously improve the governance level of the urban street-vending economy.
