"External position":Policy logic,Exploration of Practice and Promotion Path
Since 2020,at least 50 cities across the country have introduced relevant measures to support the development of"street economy",among which the practice of the"external position"policy of night market economy and characteristic business forms is of practical significance to further promote the sustainable development of urban environment and urban economy.This paper sees through"external position"policy logic from value logic,target logic,practice logic system,uses the case of Wenzhou lucheng supporting orderly"external position"policy evolution,policy exploration,policy performance as the breakthrough point,analyzes promotion paths to launch easing policies,simplify the declaration process,innovate supervision modes,deepen the policy layout,to focus on"pipes"social governance concept,accelerate the hand in hand and shoulder to shoulder development of urban management and urban economy,promote urban management more refined,provide path references.
