15-minute Community Life Circle:Origin,Development and Enlightenment
Promoting the construction of 15-minute community life circle is an irresistible trend of high-quality development in China.Based on the origin,generalization and change of the 15-minute community life circle,this paper combs the research types and development trends in this field in recent years,and takes Pudong New Area in Shanghai as an analysis sample to analyze its localized practical experience of"people-oriented"from five dimensions:good education for young people,good medical care for sick people,solid support for the elderly,pleasant enjoyment for culture and good facilities for health and fitness.It is found that since the"15-minute community life circle"is still in the initial exploration stage,it mainly faces problems such as lack of space resources,imbalance between supply and demand of services,and insufficient participants.Therefore,this paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of optimizing the diversified supply of space,enriching the function of community service,deepening digital empowerment,refining public services,encouraging multi-subjects to co-govern,and building a dynamic evaluation and feedback mechanism,hoping to provide a mirror for building and optimizing the"15-minute community life circle"in all places of China.
