Research on the High-quality Development of Medical and Health Services in Shanghai from the Perspective of Healthy China
Improving medical and health services is an important part of the Healthy China strategy.At present,with the acceleration of economic development and aging of population,people's demand for high-quality medical and health services is increasing.Based on the sampling survey on people's livelihood and public opinion in Shanghai in 2024,it is found that the current citizens'health status is generally positive,their health literacy has been significantly advanced,their mental health and well-being have been continuously improved,and their overall satisfaction with medical and health services is considerable.In addition,digital transformation has empowered medical services,and the construction of sports and fitness facilities has also achieved remarkable results.However,at present,there are still some problems,such as the need for improvement in hospital service environments,the incompleteness of the graded diagnosis and treatment system,the group disparity in citizens'health literacy,the insufficiency of diversified sports and fitness facilities provision,the gap in internet medical service capabilities,the discrepancy between high-quality mental health service supply and demand.In order to further improve the medical and health services in Shanghai,it is urgent to continuously optimize hospital medical service environments,improve the graded diagnosis and treatment system,enhance citizens'health literacy,accelerate the construction of sports and fitness facilities,advance the capabilities of internet medical services,and improve the quality of mental health service provision.
