MXene/PU composites with high dielectric constant were prepared by solution blending using two-dimensional titanium carbide-based MXene as filler and polyurethane(PU)with high elasticity and excellent mechanical properties as the matrix. The effect of MXene filling amount on the dielectric properties of PU-based composites was studied. The results show that the dielectric constant of MXene/PU composites follows a change law of first rising and then decreasing with the increasing amount of MXene filling. When the mass fraction of MXene reaches 12%,the dielectric constant at 103 Hz reaches the highest, which is 44.8 and 6.49 times that of pure PU(6.9),while the dielectric loss is only 0.76,which still keeps at a low level. When the mass fraction of MXene increases to 14%,the dielectric constant of MXene/PU composites decreases, but the dielectric loss increases significantly.
