油气润滑在高速电主轴轴承中应用广泛,需根据工况精准调节润滑量.针对传统模糊PID算法不足,提出基于粒子群优化的模糊PID控制算法,优化比例因子,快速整定最佳参数.Matlab仿真显示,该算法在超调量、响应速度、稳态时间上表现更优.应用于油气润滑智能控制系统,可根据轴承工况智能调节润滑量,延长使用寿命.该系统已成功应用于企业高速磨削电主轴,长期测试表现稳定.
Intelligent Control of Bearing Lubricating Oil Based on PSO-Fuzzy PID Algorithm
Oil and gas lubrication is widely used in high-speed electric spindle bearing,and the lubrication amount needs to be adjusted accurately according to the working condition.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional fuzzy PID algorithm,a fuzzy PID control algorithm based on particle swarm optimization is proposed to optimize the scale factor and quickly adjust the best parameters.Matlab simulation shows that the proposed algorithm performs better in overshoot,response speed and steady-state time.It is applied to the oil and gas lubrication intelligent control system,which can intelligently adjust the lubrication amount according to the bearing working conditions and prolong the service life.The system has been successfully applied to high-speed grinding electric spindle in enterprises,and the long-term test performance is stable.
