Advance in a Planned Way a Systematic and Normalized Five-level Yearbook Compilation System Re-cording National Conditions Based on the Three-level Regional Comprehensive Yearbooks
Currently,the three-level compilation of"one comprehensive yearbook per year"at the provincial,munic-ipal and county levels has reached full coverage.However,it is only a three-level comprehensive yearbook compilation system recording the regional conditions at the provincial,municipal and county levels but cannot reflect the annual national conditions of the entire country.In the future,we need to construct a new development pattern for regional comprehensive yearbooks so that they can contribute to enhancing the country's cultural strength,"providing reference and assistance for governance today and leaving behind records worthy of collection and reference for future generations".On the basis of sta-bilizing the three-level full-coverage comprehensive yearbook compilation,we need to make plans to advance a systematic and normalized five-level yearbook compilation system that records national conditions.
