基于生态系统服务的生态保护修复研究——以秦巴生物多样性生态功能区为例

我国高度重视生态保护工作,随着全国生态修复工程的实施,对生态修复实施理论与实践的影响和思考鲜有研究.秦巴生物多样性生态功能区是《全国主体功能区规划》25个国家重点生态功能区之一,同时也是《全国生态功能区划(修编版)》63 个重要生态功能区中的秦岭——大巴山生物多样性保护与水源涵养重要区,具有重要的生物多样性维护和水源涵养功能.本文以秦巴生物多样性生态功能区陕西省镇安县为例,结合实际情况选择与归并地类,探讨生态系统服务价值评价在区域生态保护修复中的应用研究.研究结果表明:(1)镇安县各土地类型二级生态功能生态服务价值逐渐降低.食物生产、原料生产、水资源供给、气体调节、土壤保持、维持养分循环等 6 项生态服务价值都出现不同程度的下降,2011-2020 年间生态环境服务价值变化率绝对值最大的是土壤保持功能,为 60.05%;(2)镇安县生态环境保护修复需要重点关注土壤保持功能、水文调节生态系统功能以及水资源供给功能;(3)本文提出以农业空间综合整治、城镇空间综合整治以及生态空间生态修复为方向与目标的生态保护修复工程方案;(4)根据镇安县生态红线划定成果,本文确定了确定生态保护红线范围、自然保护区、水源地保护区和矿山修复区域为重点修复区的总体布局.通过生态修复,形成"三绿心、两清水廊道、三流域区"的生态安全格局.
Research on ecological protection and restoration based on ecosystem services:taking the Qinba Biodiversity Ecological Functional Zone as an example
China attaches great importance to ecological protection work.With the implementation of national ecological restoration projects,there is little research on the impact and thinking on the theory and practice of ecological restoration implementation.The Qinba Biodiversity Ecological Functional Zone is one of the 25 national key ecological functional zones in the National Main Functional Zone Plan,and also one of the 63 important ecological functional zones in the National Ecological Functional Zoning(Revised Edition).It is an important area for biodiversity protection and water conservation in the Qinling Daba Mountains,with important functions for biodiversity maintenance and water conservation.This article takes Zhen'an County of Shaanxi Province,the Qinba Biodiversity Ecological Functional Zone,as an example.Using the millennium ecosystem assessment method and based on the equivalent table of ecosystem service value per unit area,combined with the actual situation of Zhen'an County,the application research of ecosystem service value evaluation in regional ecological protection and restoration is explored.The research results indicate that:(1)The secondary ecological function ecological service value of various land types in Zhen'an County is gradually decreasing.The value of six ecological services,including food production,raw material production,water supply,gas regulation,soil conservation,and nutrient cycling,has all experienced varying degrees of decline.The highest absolute change rate in the value of ecological environmental services between 2011 and 2020 was the soil conservation function,which was 60.05%.(2)The ecological environment protection and restoration in Zhen'an County need to focus on soil conservation function,hydrological regulation ecosystem function,and water resource supply function.(3)This article proposes an ecological protection and restoration engineering plan with the direction and goal of comprehensive renovation of agricultural space,comprehensive renovation of urban space,and ecological restoration of ecological space.(4)Based on the results of delineating the ecological red line in Zhen'an County,this article has determined the overall layout of key restoration areas,including the ecological protection red line range,natural reserves,water source protection areas,and mining restoration areas.Through ecological restoration,a"three green hearts,two clear water corridors,and three river basin ecological security pattern"has been formed.
