The land reserve system is an important foundation for optimizing the allocation of land resources and enhancing the effective supply of land markets.As a typical model city of land reserve system,Hangzhou,after nearly 20 years of exploration and practice,is at the forefront of institutional exploration and practice in China.This study systematically reviewed the operational mechanism,workflow,fund management,collection and storage standards,and digital management practices of the land reserve practice model in Hangzhou.Through quantitative analysis,it explored the operational benefits of the land reserve system in Hangzhou and proposed the path and methods for the transformation and upgrading of land reserve in the new era,in order to provide reference for improving the land reserve system in Hangzhou in the new era.
