Research on the spatio-temporal evolution and influencing factors of coupled coordination of urban resilience and land use efficiency in Jiangsu province
Based on the 2005-2020 municipal panel data of Jiangsu Province,the entropy method and SFA model are applied to measure the urban resilience and land use efficiency respectively,and the relationship between the two is quantified with the help of the coupled coordination model and the decoupling model,and finally the driving factors of the coordinated development of the two are mined with the help of the Tobit model.The results show that:Urban toughness,land use efficiency and the level of coordination between the two coupled growth development,but the growth rate are gradually slowing down,and in the spatial pattern of evolution of the overall performance of the"south high north low"distribution;urban toughness and land use efficiency coupling is good,belong to the high level of coupling,the overall average value of the degree of coordination of 0.67,belonging to the state of"basic coordination-primary coordination",and gradually to the intermediate coordination type of cities.The average value of the overall coordination degree is 0.67,which belongs to the basic coordination-primary coordination state,and gradually dominated by cities of intermediate coordination type;the decoupling type of urban toughness and land use efficiency is dominated by the expansion of the negative decoupling,and the synergy enhancement has not been realized,and the growth rate of the land use efficiency is mostly developed with relative lag,and there is a risk of decoupling;From the overall scale of Jiangsu Province,government intervention,population density,industrial structure and scientific and technological inputs significantly promote coordinated development,while fiscal pressure has an inhibiting effect.From the three regional scales,population density,industrial structure and scientific and technological inputs can significantly promote coordinated development,while the rest of the factors are characterized by regional heterogeneity.The scientific development of cities cannot be separated from the healthy synergistic growth of the dual system of"urban resilience and land use",and the results of the study can provide a certain reference value for the high-quality construction and sustainable development of cities.
