Optimization of provincial forest resource asset inventory pricing system based on refined zoning:a case study of Zhejiang Province
In the context of the inventory of state-owned natural resource assets,it is of practical significance to explore the optimization path of the price system of forest resource asset inventory.Taking Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper forms a set of provincial pricing system of the state-owned natural resource assets inventory for"refined zoning-tree species screening-coefficient adjustment-price determination of provincial homogeneous area"based on the national homogeneous area. The results show that there are 19 provincial forest homogeneous areas which is characterized by reasonable amounts of partitions and spatial heterogeneity of feature of forest resources between regions is significant and the measurements of the results of the state-owned natural resource assets inventory in Zhejiang are coincident with actual situation. In summary, the optimization framework of the state-owned forest resources assets inventory pricing system can support to establish relevant technological system and magnitude of natural resources value accounting.
