面向智慧城市的地质环境信息平台建设与应用研究

随着城市化进程的加速和信息化技术的发展,智慧城市建设已成为提升城市管理和服务水平的重要途径.地质环境信息作为国土空间基础信息平台的重要组成部分,在城市规划、建设和管理中发挥着重要作用.建立全新的、智慧化的地质环境信息平台,是智慧城市建设对地质环境工作的必然要求,也是实现地质环境工作数字化转型的关键之举.本文基于上海地质环境信息化工作的实践与思考,从总体框架、关键技术及应用场景等方面,研究提出在智慧城市建设总体框架下,地质环境信息平台建设与应用的实现路径,旨在为上海乃至全国其他城市实现地质环境信息化建设提供有益参考与借鉴.
Research on the construction and application of geological environment information platform for smart cities
With the acceleration of urbanization and the development of information technology,the construction of smart cities has become an important way to improve urban management and service levels.As an important part of the basic information platform of land space,geological environment information plays an important role in urban planning,construction and management.The establishment of a new and intelligent geological environment information platform is an inevitable requirement for the construction of smart cities for geological environment work,and it is also the key to realize the digital transformation of geological environment work.Based on the practice and thinking of geological environment informatization in Shanghai,this paper proposes the realization path of the construction and application of geological environment information platform under the overall framework of smart city construction from the aspects of overall framework,key technologies and application scenarios,aiming to provide useful reference and reference for the realization of geological environment informatization construction in Shanghai and even other cities in China.
