The transformation of storage expansion planning from the perspective of the relationship between urban expansion and economic growth
"Seeking development through land"elucidates the contribution of the land system to the rapid growth of China's economy, and is also considered an inherent driving mechanism of urbanization. The allocation of land resources affects economic development, and incremental planning and stock planning are planning schemes that adapt to different stages of development. To study the alternation law between incremental planning and stock planning in the process of economic development, and explore the focus of future national spatial planning and governance, through induction, deduction, and theoretical analysis, the study found that the mechanism of urban expansion and economic growth at home and abroad is mainly reflected in the process of"spatial remediation"and land capitalization. The inverted"U-shaped"theory and decoupling theory explain the changes in the relationship between urban expansion and economic growth.Whether from the perspective of supply and demand or input-output,incremental planning will gradually decrease, and the optimization of urban stock space will become the focus of future national spatial governance.
