Discussion on utilization status and development strategy of geothermal resources in Shanghai
This paper deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of geothermal resources exploration,development and utilization in Shanghai,and discusses the development strategy of sustainable development and utilization of geothermal resources in Shanghai combined with the"dual carbon"goal,opportunities and challenges.The key tasks for the development and utilization of geothermal resources in Shanghai during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period are put forward,namely,deepening the exploration and monitoring of geothermal resources,strengthening key technologies,constructing the standard system of the whole process,establishing the intelligent information service system,exploring the diversified development model,promoting the demonstration and application,improving the management system,discipline construction and personnel training.It is suggested that the future work can focus on strengthening the guidance of supporting policies,improving the leading function of the government,increasing investment in key technologies,promoting representative application demonstration,and so on,to promote the transformation of the city to green and low-carbon development..
