Research on preparation and implementation of detailed planning for mixed-use of industrial land:practices in cities in Guangdong province
In the era of ecological civilization and development of innovation-driven economy,the traditional regulatory detailed planning,which revolves around single-function arrangements,has failed to keep up with the trend of mixed use of industrial land.The purposes of this paper are to further leverage the supporting role of detailed planning as an implementational policy tool.By using case induction and comparative analysis,this paper takes Guangdong Province as an example,reviews the policy development process and trends,dissects the constraints in traditional regulatory planning,and draws lessons from the planning and management practices of cities such as Shenzhen,Guangzhou,and Zhuhai.Based on all the analyses,focusing on aspects including"spatial organization models,compilation and approval systems,and implementation support systems",this paper proposes suggestions for promoting the compilation and implementation of detailed planning for mixed use of industrial land,aiming to deepening the response mechanism of detailed planning to mixed use of industrial land.
