食管癌是全世界常见的恶性肿瘤之一,外科治疗是主要根治性手段之一,但极易引发反流性食管炎(refluxesophagtis,RE),治疗和改善食管癌术后RE患者的症状在消化系统疾病的治疗中十分重要.目前质子泵抑制剂是治疗RE最有效的药物,然而其存在使用时间长、停药后易于复发等局限性.作者在药物治疗的基础上,创新性应用重复外周磁刺激(repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation,rPMS)治疗 1 例食管癌术后合并反流性食管炎患者,取得良好疗效.
Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the world,and surgical treatment is one of the main radical methods.However,it can easily lead to reflux esophagitis(RE).Treating and im-proving the symptoms of RE patients after esophageal cancer surgery is crucial in the treatment of digestive system diseases.Proton pump inhibitors are currently the most effective medication for the treatment of RE;but they have some drawbacks,including a long duration of use and a relatively easy relapse after withdrawal from the drug.Based on drug therapy,repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation was developed to treat a pa-tient with reflux esophagitis after esophageal cancer surgery,showed good results.
