摘要
为解决当前纤维碎石封层养护效率低、层间黏结性能差和集料易飞散脱落等问题,提出了一种可一次性将层间黏结剂、乳化沥青、纤维、集料、乳化沥青和固化剂6层材料快速、均匀摊铺的六同步纤维磨耗层技术,并研究了纤维类型、集料级配、乳化沥青洒布比例和施工方式对六同步纤维磨耗层性能的影响.研究结果表明,当采用玻璃纤维,上、下两层乳化沥青的洒布比例为7∶3,集料为3~5 mm单档集料,或采用10%的1~3 mm和90%的3~5 mm两档集料组合时,六同步纤维磨耗层具有较好的层间黏结强度和抗剪强度,并兼具优异的抗滑性能和防水性能.
Abstract
To address the issues of low maintenance efficiency,poor interlayer bonding performance,and easy shedding of aggregates in cur-rent fiber-stone seal applications,this paper proposes a six-synchronous fiber wear layer technology that enables the rapid and uniform spreading of six layers of materials,including interlayer bonding agents,emulsified asphalt,fibers,aggregates,and curing agents in a single op-eration.The study examines the impact of fiber type,aggregate gradation,emulsified asphalt distribution ratio,and construction method on the performance of the six-synchronous fiber wear layer.The results show that when using glass fibers,with a 7:3 distribution ratio of emulsified asphalt between the upper and lower layers,and either single-grade 3-5 mm aggregates or a combination of 10%1-3 mm and 90%3-5 mm aggregates,the six-synchronous fiber wear layer achieves enhanced interlayer bonding strength and shear strength.Furthermore,it features ex-cellent anti-slip and waterproofing properties.
