To address the issues of low maintenance efficiency, poor interlayer bonding performance, and easy shedding of aggregates in cur-rent fiber-stone seal applications, this paper proposes a six-synchronous fiber wear layer technology that enables the rapid and uniform spreading of six layers of materials, including interlayer bonding agents, emulsified asphalt, fibers, aggregates, and curing agents in a single op-eration.The study examines the impact of fiber type, aggregate gradation, emulsified asphalt distribution ratio, and construction method on the performance of the six-synchronous fiber wear layer. The results show that when using glass fibers, with a 7:3 distribution ratio of emulsified asphalt between the upper and lower layers, and either single-grade 3-5 mm aggregates or a combination of 10%1-3 mm and 90%3-5 mm aggregates, the six-synchronous fiber wear layer achieves enhanced interlayer bonding strength and shear strength.Furthermore,it features ex-cellent anti-slip and waterproofing properties.
