辽宁省高速公路半刚性基层地聚物注浆技术应用效果与后评价

摘要
基层病害是影响半刚性基层道路性能的主要因素之一.对于道路基层病害,管养人员通常会使用注浆技术对其进行内部修复.地聚物注浆技术是辽宁省高速公路管养部门针对半刚性基层所采用的新型注浆技术.现基于地聚物注浆技术在辽宁省高速项目中的应用,对其实施情况与应用效果进行了深入的分析研究.结果表明,地聚物注浆技术能够有效修复道路基层病害,降低道路弯沉值,延缓道路性能衰变与病害的再发生,进而延长高速公路的使用寿命.
Abstract
Road base diseases are one of the main factors affecting the performance of semi-rigid subgrade roads.For road base diseases,maintenance personnel typically use grouting technology for internal repair.Geopolymer grouting technology is a new technology adopted by the highway management and maintenance department in Liaoning Province for semi-rigid base layers.Based on the application of geopolymer grouting technology in expressway projects in Liaoning Province,an in-depth analysis and research has been conducted on its implementation and application effects.The results indicate that geopolymer grouting technology can effectively repair road base diseases,reduce the road de-flection,delay the degradation of road performance and the recurrence of diseases,and thus extend the service life of highways.
