港区重载交通路面结构设计与应用

上海某港区从事煤炭、黄沙、设备、饲料、纸浆、钢材、化工产品等各类内外贸进出口货物的装卸、仓储、集散等综合港口服务,大量的重载车辆在港区及周边道路运营,对道路造成了严重损坏.采用普通水泥混凝土的路面维修方案效果不明显,经常仅能维持1~2个月的时间.为保证港区重载交通下道路的长期使用性能,降低道路日常维修成本,为港区重载交通道路路面改造维修提供借鉴,采用连续配筋混凝土加铺灌注式半柔性复合式路面对现有道路进行改造试验,并重点介绍了连续配筋混凝土加铺灌注式半柔性复合式路面的设计方案、工艺特点、材料组成等.
A certain port area in Shanghai is engaged in comprehensive port services such as loading and unloading,warehousing,and distri-bution of various domestic and international trade goods such as coal,yellow sand,equipment,feed,pulp,steel,and chemical products.A large number of heavy vehicles operate in the port area and surrounding roads,causing serious damage to the roads.The road maintenance plan us-ing ordinary cement concrete is not effective and can often only last for 1-2 months.To ensure the long-term performance of roads under heavy traffic in the port area,reduce daily maintenance costs,and provide reference for the renovation and maintenance of heavy traffic roads in the port area,a continuous reinforced concrete pavement with a semi-flexible composite layer was tested for the renovation existing roads.The de-sign scheme,process characteristics,and material composition of the proposed pavement were mainly introduced.
