以公路工程项目的十项施工重大风险管控为切入点,运用信息化手段,打造以风险管控为目的的安全巡检系统,实现风险管控和隐患排查治理的有机集成.从系统结构、功能及预期效果来论证系统实现的可能性,旨在为高速公路建设的安全管理提供参考,并进一步丰富施工安全管理手段,推动高速公路建设的数智化转型.该系统已运用于湖南省某在建高速公路,实现了风险隐患可视化、安全检查规范化、安全日常管理数字化,可作为一种新型的安全管理手段来推广运用.
This paper takes the control of ten major construction risks control in highway engineering projects as the starting point.It utilizes information technology to create a safety inspection system aimed at risk control,achieving the organic integration of risk control and hidden danger investigation and governance.The feasibility of system implementation is demonstrate ted by examining its structure,functions,and ex-pected effects.The aim is to provide reference for safety management in highway construction,further enrich construction safety management methods,and promote the digital transformation of highway construction This system has been applied to a highway under construction in Hu-nan Province,achieving visualization of risk hazards standardization of safety inspections and digitization of daily safety management.It can be promoted and applied as a new type of safety management tool.
