破碎工艺对回收沥青路面材料再利用特性的影响

Influence of Crushing Process on Reuse Characteristics of Recycled Asphalt Pavement Materials

现介绍了一种全新的RAP精分离预处理方式,利用提出的筛余率偏差(%,破碎筛分后,旧料抽提前和抽提后的各筛孔筛余量差值)和RAP料级配的变异系数CV(%)指标,科学深入地对比了精分离预处理方式与经过传统破碎工艺后的RAP材料再生利用特性指标的区别.结果表明:采用精分离工艺对RAP进行处理,可较好地控制旧料中的假粒径含量和沥青含量,能有效保证再生沥青混合料的级配稳定性.
This paper introduces a novel pretreatment method of RAP fine separation.It also provides a scientifically and deeply comparison between this method and traditional crushing technology regarding the recycling characteristic of RAP materials.This comparison utilizes the proposed deviation(%)of screen residue rate(the difference between the old material after crushing and screening and the screen residue of each screen hole after extraction)and the variation coefficient(CV,%)of RAP material gradation.The results show that using the fine separa-tion process to treat RAP can better control the false particle size content and asphalt content in old materials,and can effectively ensure the gradation stability of recycled asphalt mixture.
