摘要
高速公路改扩建机电工程具有不同于新建高速公路的施工特点,现以沈阳至海口的国家高速公路水口至白沙段(下称"开阳高速")为背景,重点阐述该项目在改扩建过程中,其改扩建机电工程的收费系统如何通过技术、管理、组织等措施来保障系统的畅通运行.
Abstract
The mechanical and electrical engineering of highway renovation and expansion presents different construction characteristics com-pared to new highways.Taking the Shuikou to Baisha section of the national highway from Shenyang to Haikou(hereinafter referred to as"Kai-yang Expressway")as an example,this paper focuses on how the toll system of the mechanical and electrical engineering on the renovation and expansion project ensures the smooth operation of the system through technical management,organizational and other measures throughout the process.
