With the support of national policies,a third-party platform offering"Internet plus Nursing Service"under medical alliance mode was initially constructed to provide timely and convenient home care services for patients in need of medical care within the service area and enhance their medical experience.From May 2019 to October 2022,under the leadership of secondary hospitals in Shanghai,5 community health service centers under the close medical alliance have implemented more than 700 cases of home-based"Internet plus Nursing Service"under medical alliance mode via a third-party platform.The nursing programs provided have garnered significant acclaim,with patients and their families expressing high satisfaction with home care services."Internet plus Nursing Service"under medical alliance mode enhances patients'medical experience,elevates specialist care skills of nurses within the medical alliance system,demonstrates the professional values of nurses and alleviates social issues such as limited access to medical services.
