Preliminary Exploration of Part-time Case Manager Training Mode and Evaluation of Its Practical Effect
Objective To construct the part-time case manager training program and evaluate its practical effect,aiming to provide a reference for the standardized training of part-time case managers.Methods Based on literature research,combined with clinical practice and the results of two rounds of expert consultation,a training program for part-time case managers is constructed.In April 2020,60 clinical nurses in Liaocheng People's Hospital were selected by purposive sampling.They were trained with the previously developed part-time case manager training program.Then,their theoretical and practical scores and sense of occupational benefit were evaluated before and after the training.Results After the training,all of the nurses were certified as part-time case managers.,and their theoretical scores,practical scores,sense of occupational benefit mean scores,and mean scores in all dimensions were higher than before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion The part-time case manager training program based on expert consensus practice experience and expert inquiry construction is practical and feasible to improve nurses'sense of occupational benefit,thereby providing a reference for the training of case managers.
