摘要
目的 总结脑卒中患者二级预防管理的相关证据,为临床医护人员制订和实施预防脑卒中措施提供参考.方法 以"6S"证据资源金字塔模型为基础,系统检索国内外数据库中有关脑卒中二级预防管理的指南、专家共识、证据总结和系统评价,检索时限为建库至2022年2月,由2名研究者独立开展文献筛选、质量评价和证据综合.结果 共纳入15篇文献,包括指南5篇、专家共识2篇、证据总结2篇、系统评价6篇,从风险评估、多学科团队管理、预防策略3个方面归纳出34条证据.结论 医护人员应重视脑卒中患者二级预防管理,及时准确评估患者的临床表现、制订个性化干预策略以预防其疾病发生发展,最大程度提升患者生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the evidence of secondary prevention management in patients with stroke,aiming to provide a reference for clinical healthcare providers to formulate and implement stroke prevention measures.Methods Based on the"6S"evidence pyramid,guidelines,expert consensuses,evidence summaries and systematic reviews on secondary prevention management of stroke were systematically retrieved from databases in China and abroad from their establishment to February 2022.Subsequently,the retrieved articles were screened,evaluated for quality and summarized for evidence by two independent researchers.Results A total of 15 articles(5 guidelines,2 expert consensuses,2 evidence summaries and 6 systematic reviews)were included,and 34 pieces of evidence were summarized from 3 aspects:risk assessment,multidisciplinary team management and prevention strategies.Conclusion Healthcare providers should pay attention to the secondary prevention management of stroke patients,timely and accurately evaluate their clinical manifestations,and formulate personalized interventions to prevent the occurrence and progression of their diseases,aiming to maximize the quality of life of stroke patients.
