Construction of a Sensitive Health Promotion Nursing Indicator System for COPD Patients During Hospital-to-Home Transition
Objective To construct a sensitive health promotion nursing indicator system for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during the hospital-to-home transition by the Delphi method, aiming to provide a reference for accelerating their rehabilitation. Methods From January to May 2021,the three-dimensional quality(element quality-link quality-final quality)model was selected as the theoretical framework;an expert inquiry questionnaire was developed based on literature retrieval;two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by the Delphi method;an indicator system was finally constructed and the weight of each indicator was determined through analytic hierarchy process. Results For the 2 rounds of consultation involving 30 experts, the effective recovery rates of questionnaires were 93.33%and 96.00%,the authoritative coefficients were 0.846 and 0.859,and Kendall's coefficients of concordance for expert opinions were 0.209 and 0.291,respectively(P<0.001).Finally,a sensitive health promotion nursing indicator system was constructed for COPD patients during the hospital-to-home transition, including 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 48 third-level indicators. Conclusion The indicator system is scientific and systematic, offering valuable insights for developing rehabilitation nursing plans for COPD patients during the hospital-to-home transition in clinical practice.
