Interpretation of the Association Standard Complete Decongestive Therapy for Patients with Lower Ex-tremity Lymphedema after Treatment of Gynecological Cancer by Shanghai Nursing Association

摘要
上海市护理学会于2024年5月发布了《妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者的综合消肿疗法》团体标准,从手法淋巴引流、压力治疗、功能锻炼和皮肤护理等方面规范了妇科恶性肿瘤治疗后下肢淋巴水肿患者综合消肿疗法的具体内容和要求.文章对该团体标准涉及的要求及建议进行解读,以期帮助各级各类医疗机构的医护人员及康复技师更好地理解并应用该标准,为进一步规范相关专科临床护理实践提供参考.
Abstract
In May 2024,the Shanghai Nursing Association issued the association standard Complete Decongestive Therapy for Patients with Lower Extremity Lymphedema after Treatment of Gynecological Cancer.The standard standardizes the specific contents and requirements of complete decongestive therapy for patients with lower extremity lymphedema after treatment of gynecological cancer from the aspects of manual lymphatic drainage,compression therapy,functional exercise and skin care.This article interprets the requirements and recommendations outlined in this standard,aiming to help healthcare providers and rehabilitation technicians in various medical institutions at all levels better understand and apply this standard,and provide a reference for further standardizing the clinical nursing practice of relevant specialties.
