明代科举同年关系及其官场效应

The Relationship Tongnian and How It Affected Official Circles of Ming

明代科举同年关系相较前代愈加受到重视.同年关系建立以后,逐渐分化为信—助型、礼仪型和对立型三种,其亲疏关系递减.前两者属于正面同年关系,在官场会给同年带来默契配合、良性建议、助力申救、推荐和提携等诸多积极的效应.后者属于负面同年关系,在官场易招致祸端,甚至倾轧陷害.身处同年关系网络中的官员,大多都乐于经营与同年的关系.
The present paper,researching into the relationship known as tongnian,which referred to imperial offi-cials who past Keju,or the highest civil service examination,in the same year,points out that tongnian was attached much greater importance in Ming and it had been trichotomized according to the degree of closeness among officials.Moreover,it reveals that this special relationship did extend both positive and negative influence on the official circles of Ming.
