The present paper,surveying the history,in which Goqi(Chinese wolfberry)produced in the northwest was industrialized in Qing and the Republican China and there was even a national Goqi market that ex-tended from Xi'an to the central China and finally to Tianjin and Wuhan and reached its zenith in the 1920s,concludes that this market was the result of interaction of traditional market's internal driving force and export-oriented economy and an indicator of the integration of the northwest into the national market.
