摘要
安史之乱后为澄清州县吏治,作为州府勾官,录事参军的"纠举"职能得到强化.此后,随着录事参军更多地进入朝廷视野,加之唐后期控制州县的需要更为迫切,录事参军在州县行政中的作用进一步增强,与县令共同构成州县管理的中间层级,具体负责州县行政,而州府长官则主要对二者实施监察与考课.朝廷还在诸多财政事务上直接指挥令录,向他们差派特定任务,甚至试图以录事参军制衡州府长官,令录模式成为朝廷管理州县的新方式.从央地关系的角度来看,令录模式的生成也反映了唐后期尝试通过强化中央与中层地方官的直接联系以加强地方控制的新动向.
Abstract
The present paper,making an analysis of the expanding role that Lushi canjun(Administrative Supervi-sor;Lu for short)played after An-Shi Rebellion(755-763)and the growing popularity of combination of Ling(the leading official of prefecture)and Lu in the daily management,says these changes indicate that the late Tang attempted to more effectively regulate local governments by strengthening the direct cen-tral-local relation.
