The present paper,scrutinizing Sun Zhongshan's 1912 five-day(October 24-29)visit to Jiangxi,which was invited by Li Liejun,the Military Governor of Jiangxi,argues that Sun disseminated further his ideas of revolution and reconstruction in his lectures delivered before governing persons of Jiangxi and this effort was paid by Li's taking the lead in rebelling against Yuan Shikai in the 1913 Second Revolution.
