罗布泊,清代称"罗布淖尔"(Lob noor),来自蒙古语"Lob naγur"一词,有"洪水过后的乱草滩、涝地"等义.其附近居民罗布泊人,在清代称"罗布淖尔回子"(Lob noor i hoise),与其他地方的"回子"有些区别.清廷将其头目设为五、六品伯克,以管理内部事务,两者之间建立了一种以纳贡为形式的比较稳定的统治关系.本文利用清代满文档案,阐明清廷与罗布泊人建立统治关系的经纬及其发展演变过程,同时揭示清代罗布泊地区的一些地理信息.
The present paper,having its study based on the archives written in Manchu,tries to elucidate the evolve-ment of relationship between Qing and residents of Lop Nor,who were treated as a group of Hui people administered by the fifth or sixth rank Boke(clan official)and had been well integrated into the tributary system,and moreover discuss geographically this region.
