The present paper,making a detailed analysis of the organizations and personnel of intelligence services set up by the Japanese aggressive army and its puppet government in Pinghu County of Zhejiang,con-vinces readers that those who worked for the services not only collected everyday socio-economic informa-tion in cooperation with the Japanese army and its puppet troops but they also achieved their wealth at the cost of the life of ordinary people.
