The present paper,investigating the history of Turanism,which originated in the 19th-century Hungary,in Japan,where Imaoka Juichiro took the lead in preaching Turanism and initiated Japanization by combi-ning Turanism with indigenous mainstream ideologies,observes that the Japanized Turanism was a mixture of familism,cult of Japanese emperor and Japan-centrism and played a role in glorifying Japan's aggressive war against humanity.
