The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the Communist Party of China"historically solved the problem of absolute poverty and made significant contributions to the cause of global poverty reduction".In this case,what is this major contribution?This article attempts to explore this problem in the new perspective of Marxist political economy in contemporary China.The author of this article believes that eliminating China's absolute poverty,providing Chinese samples for the world's poverty reduction,and actively participating in the poverty reduction cause of other developing countries are major contributions to China's targeted poverty alleviation practice in the new era.The anti-poverty theory with Chinese characteristics formed in China's poverty alleviation practice in the new era is not only the anti-poverty theory of the West.The subversion has also opened up a new realm and perspective of contemporary Chinese Marxist political economy.
