Internal Logic and Strategic Conception of New Quality Productivity Ensuring National Economic Security
National economic security is an important part of the new security pattern,which concerns China's national security and economic sovereignty.The proposal of new quality productivity is the inheritance and development of Marxist productivity theory,which reflects the confidence and determination to promote industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation,to build new competitive advantages with industrial upgrading,and to win the initiative of development.New quality productivity ensures national economic security through economic empowerment,security foundation,innovation-driven,key breakthroughs and endogenous guarantees,but also faces practical challenges such as industrial challenges,resource challenges,trade challenges,technological challenges and data challenges.Based on this,this paper puts forward the strategic conception of new quality productivity to ensure national economic security:break through the bottleneck and improve the resilience and security level of industrial chain and supply chain;Improve the security system of key mineral resources;Improve the risk prevention system compatible with opening up;Work together to tackle key problems and build a scientific and technological innovation system suitable for China's scientific and technological power;Upgrade supervision to build multi-party collaborative data security capabilities.
