摘要
党的十八大以来,习近平总书记深刻把握经济发展的客观规律,系统总结经济发展的历史经验,阐明了经济高质量发展的一系列关键性问题,提出一系列新观点、新举措.本文从理论和实践层面阐释了习近平总书记关于经济高质量发展重要论述的生成逻辑,把这一重要论述的科学内涵概括为经济高质量发展"七观",即指导现代化的根本任务观、人民为中心的发展立场观、协调与均衡的发展战略观、改革与创新的发展动能观、绿色可持续的发展底色观、全方位开放的发展格局观、党领导经济的发展保障观.习近平总书记关于经济高质量发展重要论述是既着眼于国情世情的发展变化,又立足中国经济发展的历史和现实,在实践中形成、并在新的实践中不断丰富的理论体系,具有重要的理论贡献和实践指导意义.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Xi Jinping has deeply grasped the ob-jective laws of economic development,systematically summarized the historical experience of eco-nomic development,expounded a series of key issues of high-quality economic development,and put forward a series of new ideas and measures.This paper explains the generative logic of Xi Jinping's important exposition on high-quality economic development from the dimensions of the-ory and practice,and summarizes the scientific connotation of this important exposition as the"seven views"of high-quality economic development which include the fundamental task view of guiding modernization,the people centered development position view,the coordinated and bal-anced development strategy view,the development momentum view of reform and innovation,the green and sustainable development background view,the development pattern view of all-round opening,and the development guarantee view of the party leading the economy.Therefore,Xi Jinping's important exposition on high-quality economic development not only focuses on the develop-ment and changes of national and world conditions,but also is based on the history and reality of China's economic development.It is a theoretical system formed in practice and continuously enriched in new practice.It has important theoretical contributions and practical guiding significance.
