Digital industry cluster has the characteristics of high density concentration of digital technology enterprises,high intensity division of labor and cooperation,high knowledge spillover,high sharing of infrastructure,high dependence on and empowerment of physical industry,multi-agent joint innovation,multi-technology integration,multi-industry cross-border and other multi-dimensional characteristics.Building digital industrial clusters with international competitiveness is not only a process of constantly meeting the growing demand for data elements and digital technology,but also a process of constantly building the foundation of the international market for data elements and digital technology,but also a process that requires the government,digital technology enterprises and multiple market players to participate in and complete the replenishment,chain construction and strong chain of the industrial chain.However,in the early stage of the construction of digital industrial clusters,there are some practical misunderstandings,such as ignoring the construction of ecological chain,optimization of business environment,support of local digital technology enterprises,development of local application scenarios,dislocation development of digital industrial clusters in different regions,formation of symbiotic and co-prosperity relationship with entities or financial industrial clusters,improvement of market mechanism,and international market development.It is contrary to the requirements and underlying logic of creating an internationally competitive digital industrial cluster and needs to be corrected urgently.In order to build an internationally competitive digital industrial cluster,it should be continuously optimized from such paths as spatial function layout,industrial chain supply chain value chain innovation chain,positive interaction with entities or the financial industry enabling development relationship,market and government relationship,internal division of labor and cooperation mechanism,factor conditions and business environment,and opening up mode.
