Chinese Modernization and the Modern Industrial System
In order to better cope with the threat of"breaking the chain and decoupling"of the United States and respond to the needs of domestic economic transformation and development,the Party and the State have put forward the major strategic plan of"Modernizing the industrial system",and made it an important hand in promoting Chinese modernization.Chinese modernization and modern industrial system are both major propositions of the times,and there is an urgent need to analyze the intrinsic connection between the two,in order to deeply understand the conceptual connotation of the modern industrial system,and to accurately grasp the key points and ways of promoting the development of Chinese modernization with the construction of the modern industrial system.This paper analyses that the modernization of industrial system is an important force to promote economic modernization,which is a common feature of modernization in all countries in the world.In recent years,the traditional industrial structure theory has revealed its inherent limitations,and under its guidance,many countries have encountered difficulties in modernization and development.Chinese modernization has both the common characteristics of modernization in all countries in the world and Chinese characteristics based on its own national conditions,which gives the concept of modern industrial system a richer connotation and broadens the realistic path of building a modern industrial system.The modern industrial system is the main political ground for the formation and development of new quality productive forces,the foundation and goal of new industrialization,and an important engine for accelerating the construction of a new development pattern,and the construction of a modern industrial system can consolidate the development foundation of Chinese modernization.The key focus points for promoting Chinese modernization through the construction of a modern industrial system include promoting industrial innovation through scientific and technological innovation,upgrading the resilience and security of the industrial chain's supply chain,promoting the in-depth fusion of the digital economy and the real economy,and improving the modern infrastructure system.In order to achieve these goals,it is necessary to improve the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide to achieve a high level of scientific and technological self-reliance and self-reliance,to promote the organic combination of an"effective market"and a"competent government",to build world-class enterprises with global competitiveness,and to continue to promote a high level of opening up to the outside world.
