Urban post takeover,a necessary step for Red Post in the wartime turning to the People's Post,played a critical role of explaining and publicizing the positive publicity of the CPC and the people's government.As the first place to take over the urban postal service during the Liberation War,the liberated area of North China actively exploredand formed complete and effective strategies of taking over the urban postal service,which includes that paid attention to all-round preparation,strictly abided by the policy,and conscientiously implemented the plan.Problems were.found,researched and solved actively during the process,and follow-up transformations were promoted in an orderly manner then.The general plan of taking over urban postal service in the liberated area of North China provided examples and effective working methods for taking over urban postal service and other industries.It also accumulated experience and trained talents for taking over new liberated city,since the management ability and cooperative ability of cadres has stood the test during the process of receiving urban postal service.
