A Study on the Theoretical Logic and Practical Progression of Data Elements Empowering New Quality Productive Forces——An Analysis Based on Marx's Labor Process Theory
New Quality Productive Forces(NQPR)is characterized by innovation,and the key is quality,and its basic connotation is based on the combination of the labour process and its elements.The innovation and development of NQPR driven by data elements constitutes the 4.0 stage of productivity development,and data elements have qualitative characteristics such as amplification and superposition,dependence and multiplication,composite and generalization,dynamic precision,cumulative spillover effect,scale payoff increment,and Marshallian externality,etc.which have been integrated into all elements of the labor process and all elements of NQPR,and are able to nourish new types of laborers,spawn new types of labor materials,and breed new types of labor objects,It can nourish new types of workers,give rise to new types of labor materials,nurture new types of labor objects,cultivate new types of social relations,and empower the optimal combination of all factors.Accelerating the cultivation and formation of NQPR requires a comprehensive approach and synergistic efforts to cultivate a new type of digital workforce,actively play a role in data productivity,scientifically establish a data factor indicator system,and optimize a new pattern of data factor governance as a point of focus,so as to form an optimal combination of linkage,technology,indicator,and governance layers.It is necessary to scientifically integrate the basic relationships between the old and the new,the virtual and the real,the broken and the established,the quality and the quantity,and the internal and the external,so as to build up momentum for the development of NQPR,and to form a benign development pattern in which the Old-Quality Productive Forces are developed in a gradual and orderly manner to the NQPR.
