Analysis of the Dynamic Mechanism of High-quality Development Driven by New Quality Productive Forces
High-quality development is the hard truth of the socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and accelerating the development of new quality productive forces is the internal requirement and focus of high-quality development.At the theoretical level,the new quality productive forces always emphasize scientific and technological innovation as the core factor in driving high-quality development,and have formed a unique dynamic mechanism such as centralized and unified leadership mechanism,development impetus shaping mechanism,economic and social integration mechanism,harmonious coexistence mechanism between man and nature mechanism,social value cohesion mechanism,and human civilization reshaping mechanism,practicing the mission of leading Chinese modernization with scientific and technological modernization.The formation of these six mechanisms follows the Marxist productivity theory,elevates the historical experience of the CPC in exploring and promoting Chinese modernization,draws on the experience and lessons of Western developed countries in modernization development,and takes into account the realistic demands of promoting high-quality development,which has a profound internal logic.In practice,to let the new quality productive forces drive high-quality development,we must adhere to the political direction of centralized and unified leadership of the CPC Central Committee;We must adhere to the value position of modernization oriented by putting the people first;We should give full play to the institutional advantages of integrating education,science and technology,talents and other elements to achieve integrated development.It is necessary to form an institutional guarantee for improving a new nationwide system to deepen reform and opening up in the field of science and technology,constantly pushing forward Chinese modernization.
