摘要
习近平关于资本问题重要论述,是对马克思资本二重性理论的丰富发展.社会主义市场经济中的资本仍然具有二重作用,即生产力方面的积极作用和生产关系方面的消极作用,要完整辩证地认识资本全貌,控制资本的消极面,激活资本的积极面,全面提升资本治理效能,构建亲清新型政商关系,同时要破除影响非公经济健康发展的思想桎梏.
Abstract
Xi Jinping's important discussion on capital is a rich development of Marx's theory of the duality of capital.Capital in the socialist market economy still has a dual role,that is,a positive role in terms of productive forces and a negative role in terms of production relations,and it is necessary to have a complete and dialectical understanding of the whole picture of capital,to control the negative side of capital and activate the positive side of capital,to comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of the governance of capital,to build a new political-business relations,and at the same time,to break down the ideological shackles affecting the healthy development of the non-public economy.
