数字经济时代构建和谐劳动关系探赜

相较于工业经济时代,数字经济时代劳动关系呈现新样态.构建数字经济时代和谐的劳动关系对于确保劳动者权益、推进中国数字经济发展、推动共同富裕取得扎实性进展有着重要作用.本文基于促进全体人民共同富裕目标下数字经济和谐劳动关系的构建逻辑,从完善数字劳动过程中的政府规制、构建服务于共同富裕的中国特色社会主义分配制度体系、构建数据产权制度体系、构建适应平台经济的监管制度体系和数字空间工会体系等四个角度提出政策建议,以期能够为构建数字经济和谐劳动关系提供有益支持.
An Exploration of Building Harmonious Labor Relations in the Era of Digital Economy
Compared with the era of industrial economy,labor relations in the era of digital economy show a new pattern.Building harmonious labor relations in the era of digital economy plays an important role in ensuring the rights and interests of workers,promoting the development of China's digital economy,and promoting common prosperity.This paper is based on the construction logic of harmonious labor relations in digital economy under the goal of promoting common prosperity for all people.Policy suggestions are put forward from four perspectives:improving government regulations in the digital labor process,building a socialist distribution system with Chinese characteristics that serves common prosperity,building a data property rights system,building a regulatory system that fits the platform economy and a digital space labor union system,so as to provide beneficial support for the construction of harmonious labor relations in the digital economy.
